Amy, I am so excited that your found my blog! It must surely be a God thing! LOL As I was reading your bio page I was touched by your description...I love your children's ages! In fact, we both have a 2-year old. While I would love to have 4 (or more!) children, God just had a different plan for my life. HE is so good though...and gave us THREE after 10 years of infertility. Never planned on having babies after 35 (with my last one at 41), but God's plan is always so much better than our own.
I also think it is a God thing that you discovered my blog...b/c I'm currently reading "Amish Values for Your Family" which includes lots of anecdotal stories from Lancaster as well as Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, etc.
Loved the photos you shared of your sauce. Looks and sounds absolutely delicious. This the type of recipe that I now look for...using fresh-from-the-garden ingredients!
